The Grad-Give Back! Limited Edition Sessions

Class of 2020! We love you!
To all the graduates, big and small, we are so proud of you and wish you the most amazing future full of happy memories, achievements and more milestones!
To the parents, families, and friends of all graduating classes of 2020, these sessions are for you, while helping our local families in the community.

As a mother myself, of a 2020 Kindergarten graduate, I know the sadness and disappointment of missing a milestone, though small in comparison. Our graduates have worked so hard for their achievement, from preschool to 8th grade, seniors in high school to college. Not being able to celebrate with their classes, teachers, families and friends is something nobody expected, and through these difficult times, their achievements deserve to be recognized!

Although I am fortunate to have a full-time career (besides running this awesome photography business), many, many families are having a difficult time right now in my community. No family should be struggling to feed their families, especially children, who depend on lunch programs and more. With our school year being cancelled, I know in my heart that I need to help where I am able to, especially during these times.

These exclusive sessions are all about your graduate! Pre-K, Kindergarten, 8th grade, 12th grade, college and more! Since so many children, teens and adults have had their graduating portraits/photos cancelled, this is my way of honoring them and making sure that YOU, the parent, the care-giver, the person supporting and cheering them on, are able to have this milestone captured, while giving back!!

July 12th or July 16th. (August 2nd will be the make-up date if our public beach/parks are not opened by the end of July.) I will be glad to add on additional dates if they sell out!

For every session booked, a $50 grocery store gift card will be purchased and donated. Each card will go to a family with children in the community, who have reached out anonymously to a local school.

Each session includes:
20 minute session at the beach or local park area
5 hand-edited, digital portrait files (you may choose from proofs)
1 free Graduation Announcement card template with discount to purchase cards, thanks to my partnership with Paper Culture Co.

The $150 session payment is required to book. This session fee is non-refundable. This fee covers the photographer’s time, talent, and shoot time at the Bethany Beach beach or local park (location TBD) plus proofing gallery, which will be delivered within 7 days. Additional products, digital images and more can be purchased a la carte.

No cancellations–if this is necessary, one makeup date will be given per the photographer’s availability.
All images will be delivered within 4 weeks of appointment.
If bad weather (hard rain, heavy wind, or extreme high temperatures ) is an issue, a make up date will be available per the photographer’s availability and calendar. No refunds for bad weather. A credit will be given for a future session if a make up date cannot be agreed upon.

Dates are available based on the photographer’s calendar. If clients are more than 20 mins late to a session, the photographer has the right to leave the location, if no communication is answered. No refunds for missed appointments. All images will be delivered within the above time but a friendly reminder to book in advance or ask about a rush fee to ensure they are delivered earlier. Rush fee is $100 for 5-7 day delivery.

** I offer Pre-K and Kindergarten Graduation gowns and caps for free! These adorable gowns/caps come in the following colors: cobalt blue, yellow, forest green, red or purple. Please add a note of which color you prefer.
